From your dashboard and various pages within the Simplebooklet app, you can use our messaging tool to request support while you are right in the middle of your efforts. We try to respond to messages as quickly as we can during our regular hours of 9 to 5 PST. If it's outside our hours, don't worry, we've got chat on our phones and will often respond as soon as possible.
